一、更换前准备

1. 停机与锁定

• 切断主电源并上锁（Lockout-Tagout）。

• 释放液压系统压力（泄压阀归零）。

2. 工具准备

• 吊装设备（起重机≥5吨）、力矩扳手、铜棒、衬板吊装夹具。

• 新衬板、高强度螺栓、防松胶、极压润滑脂（如Lubrimax® EP2）。

3. 清洁工作区

• 清理破碎腔残留矿石与粉尘。

二、拆卸旧衬板

1. 拆除上架体

• 拆卸进料斗与防护罩螺栓，吊离上架体。

2. 拆卸轧臼壁（定锥）

• 松开轧臼壁固定螺栓（标记位置避免错位）。

• 用吊具缓慢吊出旧轧臼壁，禁止直接敲击。

3. 拆卸破碎壁（动锥）

• 操作液压站顶起主轴总成，插入安全销固定动锥。

• 拆除破碎壁固定螺母，吊离旧破碎壁。

⚠️ 注意：动锥总成重量大（通常2-5吨），需平衡吊装！

三、安装新衬板

1. 清洁与检查

• 打磨锥体配合面，清除锈迹与毛刺。

• 检查新衬板无裂纹、尺寸匹配（型号刻印核对）。

2. 安装破碎壁（动锥）

• 涂抹润滑脂于锥体配合面（防粘结）。

• 垂直吊装破碎壁，紧固螺母至标准扭矩（例：M64螺母需4500-5000 N·m）。

3. 安装轧臼壁（定锥）

• 将轧臼壁对准定位槽，螺栓预紧50%力矩。

• 交叉对称拧紧螺栓至100%力矩（参考设备手册值）。

四、复位与调试

1. 复位动锥总成

• 移除安全销，液压缓慢释放动锥至工作位。

2. 空载试车

• 点动电机检查有无异响，运行10分钟监测振动值（≤4mm/s）。

3. 负载测试

• 逐步喂料至50%→100%负荷，检查出料粒度与电流稳定性。

五、关键注意事项

• 安全第一：全程佩戴头盔、护目镜，吊装区封锁。

• 螺栓管理：旧螺栓强制报废，新螺栓涂防松胶（如Loctite® 243）。

• 配合间隙：破碎壁与轧臼壁底部间隙需≥3mm（防止挤压）。

• 润滑维护：主轴套、碗形瓦补注润滑脂（ISO VG 150）。

1. Pre-Replacement Prep

• Shutdown & Lockout

• Cut main power, lock out/tag out.

• Release hydraulic pressure (reset relief valve).

• Tools Ready

• Crane (≥5T capacity), torque wrench, brass drift, liner lifting tool.

• New liners, high-tensile bolts, threadlocker (e.g., Loctite® 243), EP grease (e.g., Mobil SHC™ 634).

• Clean Work Area

• Remove residual ore in crushing chamber.

2. Remove Old Liners

• Remove Upper Frame

• Detach feed hopper/cover bolts, lift off upper frame.

• Remove Concave

• Loosen concave bolts (mark positions for reassembly).

• Lift out concave with hoist — DO NOT hammer directly!

• Remove Mantle

• Use hydraulic cylinder to raise main shaft, insert safety pins.

• Unscrew mantle nut, lift off old mantle.

⚠️ Caution: Moving cone assembly is heavy (typically 2-5T) — balance hoisting!

3. Install New Liners

• Clean & Inspect

• Polish cone contact surfaces; remove rust/burrs.

• Verify new liners are crack-free with correct P/N.

• Install Mantle

• Apply grease to cone seat (anti-seize).

• Hoist mantle vertically, torque nut to spec (e.g., M64 nut: 4500-5000 N·m).

• Install Concave

• Align concave with locating slots, pre-tighten bolts to 50% torque.

• Cross-tighten bolts to 100% torque (refer to OEM manual).

4. Reassemble & Test

• Reset Moving Cone

• Remove safety pins, lower cone via hydraulic control.

• No-Load Test

• Jog motor to check noise; run 10 mins (vibration ≤4mm/s).

• Load Test

• Feed material gradually (50%→100% load), monitor output size & current.

5. Critical Notes

• Safety First: Wear helmet/goggles, barricade lifting zone.

• Bolt Mgmt: Discard old bolts; apply threadlocker to new bolts.

• Clearance: Mantle-to-concave bottom gap ≥3mm (prevent pinch).

• Lubrication: Re-grease main shaft sleeve & piston contact area (ISO VG 150).

Post-Replacement Checklist

• ✅ Torque values re-checked after 24h operation.

• ✅ Spare liners stored flat (avoid deformation).

• ✅ Crusher settings documented (e.g., CSS = 25mm).
